40′ Gamefisherman “Last Chance” Wins 2020 Big Island Marlin Tournament
Captain Tracy Epstein and crew has impressed us once again by winning first place at the Big Island Marlin Tournament!
After earning first place at the Kona Throwdown with a 765.5 blue marlin earlier this month, 40’ Gamefisherman “Last Chance” warmed up on Day 1 of the Big Island Marlin Tournament with a 125 lb blue released by Chad Beaudry, and a 350 pounder on day 2.
Day 3 pushed them into the winner’s circle with a first place 525 pound blue
marlin, sending them home with a $112,620 purse.
Born and raised in Kona, Captain Tracy Epstein has continued his father’s
legacy as a leading fishing charter captain on the Big Island of Hawaii. An
avid outdoorsman, Captain Tracy is a record-holding fisherman and remains one of the Big Island’s most knowledgeable and energetic charter captains today.
