In the past years, Gamefisherman has exclusively focused on building traditional cold molded boats.   The ability to build the exact size and layout for our clients is what drives the cold molded model for building.  Traditional owners love the cold molded process and all the benefits it has to offer.   With today’s technology and computer aided 3D design we are able to design and cut jigs and all the major parts that go into a build with perfect fits. These new systems and designs have cut down the build process and make for a much stronger and better build.  Our cold molded boats are epoxy glued, triple diagonally planked with two layers of the highest grade Okoume plywood and one layer of solid Mahogany.  The interior and exterior of the hull are glassed for protection of the planking. All major parts (besides the hull, stiffeners and bulkheads) are composite build over CNC cut jigs, using the newest marine foams and fiberglass materials available on the market.

Traditional sizes and models include but are not limited to 40, 43, 48, 50’ and 55’ in both flybridge, express and walkaround models. (Custom, all-composite designs are also available)
